Man O Man!! That was pretty creative.

I always believed that we don't choose our names ourselves. Everything in this world is named so just because it was named so by somebody. So was my name. Currently, I enjoy a little bit of uniqueness in internet world. And uniqueness was the key when I chose my daughter's name too. But never would like to live with another name, dubious or passionate.

Hi All,

My username : Deucallion is the name of the main protagonist from the Novel "The Prodigal Son" By Dean Koontz. I liked the character so much, that I decided that my username will be deucallion.

Well, I am huge fan of Pink Floyd and I came up with this user name (for other forums as well) at a time when I was listening to a lot of their earlier compositions. Stuff like Astronomy Domine, Julia Dream and Set the Control for the heart of the Sun was so 'spaced out' that I created this 'spaced out' user name.

I first wanted to take kooldude as my username but it was already occupied then I added my beloved city name after it. Thats how my user name evolved!

Default Acm

This ones going to seem "very Desi" and pompous. Anyways:

Choose: ACM - Short for my full name: Anand Champaklal Mehta.

Have been using ACM a lot over the years so it was easy for me to decide on. There are too many Anand Mehta's in the world (came to know that while trying out for my Hotmail ID - 10 years back). So the C actually was quite essential.

Obviously the A. C. Mehta verison was used by me a lot based on my dads visiting card style. Many of my friends over the years do know me as ACM, so this would help out incase someone does happen to check out one of my posts/ replies.

I've always used this moniker since I consider myself to be a maverick in every sense (maybe inspired by Top GunI guess) The digits represent my birthdate(corny,I know).

My mechanic who used to work solely on RD350's used to have a garage by the name of Wild Wheels. It was coined by a popular rider of yester years in our town. He shut it down long ago but somehow the name suggested or reflected the nature of my biking days when RD's and Roadkings dominated. So have tried to use this most times when ever I could. And luckily it was available on team bhp.
