Default Sunstroke in Summer

Hi Guys,

How many of you have fallen prey to Sunstroke this summer. I think I am the first one.

Had a Overnight Team Offsite in Alankrita and while on the way back yesterday @ 5pm, while coming out of the Conference Room to the car, looks like the Sun God showered his special blessings on me.

The result: I am down with a bout of Sunstroke. Whole body is aching, Head is heavy, dont feel like getting up at all. Body is highly dehydrated.

Take care guys. Be on the safer side while venturing out.
