So they test it with pron... ...and then forget the cd in it...hahahaha
what do you think..will she win the case if she sues the company... they can allways deny the charges and walk away telling that maybe the cd belonged to the lady itself... you never know in these cases....

For that mother getting porn in DVD player should be least of her worries.

Exactly! I have never come across any American teen that does not know of certain body parts. And knowing american consumer laws the woman will probably get a fortune through law suits or out of court settlements.

I dont think so bro.. in India i dont think anybody cares..The blame keeps shifting from one person to another and if you do happen to sue somebody then you will be the one suffering from visiting the courts and the lawyers and may even end up paying more than what you will get if you ever win the case.

And Indians tend to have a lot more of something called "common sense" than americans.

Or the woman who put her cat in the microwave for a quick drying session after a wash...or the man who went back in his caravan to make coffee while driving on the highway thinking that cruise control would take care of the steering and braking too

Or the man who sued the computer manufacturer for damages because his dog got its tongue caught in the CD Player while trying to lick from the coffee cup, which the man used to keep on the CD tray thinking it was the built-in Coffee Cup holder.

Or the smarta$$ who sued his next door neighbour for running over his hands. The poor neighbour was guilty of paying so much attention on reversing his car out of the driveway, that he did'nt notice this hero trying to steal his hubcaps!

LOL.... looks like "Drama Queen Mom" is gonna have to start on her children's sex-education sessions a little earlier than anticipated!

Godspeed.

Alok.
