what do you think..will she win the case if she sues the company... they can allways deny the charges and walk away telling that maybe the cd belonged to the lady itself... you never know in these cases....

Exactly! I have never come across any American teen that does not know of certain body parts. And knowing american consumer laws the woman will probably get a fortune through law suits or out of court settlements.

I dont think so bro.. in India i dont think anybody cares..The blame keeps shifting from one person to another and if you do happen to sue somebody then you will be the one suffering from visiting the courts and the lawyers and may even end up paying more than what you will get if you ever win the case.
