As in the World Cup i am rooting for Spain and Holland. But between the 2 i think Spain are the favourites.

After watching the Russians last night, now I am thinking whether I should add them to the list too! They literally stripped open the Czechs!!

I don't see much future for the Polish & the Greeks in the tournament. Their game was very unimpressive. They are going no where with this sort of performance.

True. Such was their pass to goal. And that is where they are really strong: near to the opposition penalty box. Really enjoyed the selfless, deft, accurate pass to the shooters who circle around like eagles.

Interesting match? It's going to be a blockbuster! I've slept all day so that I can be fresh during the telecast cheering for the Germans!

^^^ they have themselves to blame! Robben thinks he's gonna score all the goals. WHERE ARE THE PASSES?

You bet. So many chances gone abegging.

Also considering the group of death atleast a draw would be useful if not a win.

I guess after Van Persie disappointing plays in the first half robben has decided to take it up himself.

Oh yes, the next ones gonna be a cracker. But I hope they play attacking football, and not play safe !

So many chances to shoot and Netherlands just let it slip. Often times luck was against Oranje today. Sad that they lost to the least favorable team in their group.

Has to admit that it was a boring game. Could not see the spirits running high. All the orange brigade wanted was possession initially. They should have been on attacking mode right from the word go. Add to that Persie's deft touches missing the post.

Looking forward to the next.

I think Spain's team is still very strong, even without Villa and Puyol. Even deutschland's team seems strong.

Sadly Euro is not very interesting up until now, party due to the dull commentary and mostly dude to lack of HD.

Now WTH am I supposed to do with a 46" LED and a SD football tournament?! :|

Gomez finally delivered in an important game....should see him get his confidence back after a horrible Champions League final and some horrible misses in the last Euro/World Cup. Ronaldo again failed in his national team. Nothing new then.
Should make Netherlands v Portugal very interesting to watch.
