| BHPian |  mock engine needed...help please hey people... guys im just redoing my room and i need some help............ i am plannin gto get my tv table done using an engine...my plan is to use the engine prefably a v....as the base mount my tv on top of that...even a normal straight engine would do...to that ill atach an entire exhaust system with the header and the mufler from my city....get it all powdered or chromed coated... need ur help for three things... 1. is my idea good or is it just a piece of s**t.... 2. any better ideas 3. where can i get such an engine..cause i basically need just the body minus all the interiors....i have some engines but they are in working condition and i dont want to mess with them...... ... this is urgent so please people help me out... allan |

| Senior - BHPian  | I had thought of the same thing...but this is when I come back and redo my room.. but is this what you looking at?   BTW this is an Indian DOC's room somewhere in Texas.. | Senior - BHPian  | Nice idea...but the engines we get here would usually be from some crappy car so wouldn't look all that cool. After looking at those pix, a cheaper alternative would be to use a good alloy wheel. It'll look good too if the design is good. Then having it shod with low pro nice threaded tyres will make it look even better Last edited by karthik247 : 11th May 2006 at 01:08. |
