My singapore experience!!!! - Team-BHP

Hey guys,
Im standing in changi airport at the free internet place and typing this!!Arrived here in the morning currently in transit but went out into the city for a couple of hours.
You guys are really gonna drool wen you hear thae cars ive seen today.In the bus(sponsored by singapore tourism) got a chance to see bmw X5s,3,5,7series,merc cls 350 and 500,fully modded getz,acura integras,rx8 and a hell lot of other cars.
Te best part is the roads and the way people drive over here nothing rash.Roads are friggin straight long and smooth....imagine!!!This is the only place where ill ever see a woman driving a jag s-type!!The cops are using c-class mercs and the hottest car ive seen till now is the jag x-type.
gotta go now coz my flight is boarding...going to bangkok and then will be back in sin for two nights...just waitin to see the tuner cars in bangkok....pluss more cars when i come back....will post loads of pics wen im back in bangy!!

But the saddest part is even a Suzuki Swift 1.5L costs more than S$50,000 (that is close to INR 13 lakhs) and Getz costs around S$41,000 because of the tax (COE) structure.

Hey binz... you'll drool even more at bangkok!

TIPS:
1. Buy yourself a one day pass for the skyrail. Best way to go around bangkok. The tuktuk guys love to fleece foreigners. And be careful, the skyrail services end at around 11, so try getting back to the hotel before that.

2. If you the computer type of guy don't miss Pantip plaza!

3. For cheap shopping goto SOHO, Central World Plaza or Zen. There was this other cheaper place, but I don't seem to recollect it's name right now. It's got an awesome food court!

5. Siam Square for the expensive shopping and cars!

6. And Don't miss going to the Hard Rock Cafe there. I loved it!

7. STAY AWAY FROM Durian!!!! That fruit, though a delicacy there, does not agree with most indian i've met who went there. Smells horrid, you would feel like puking. The less said about it's taste the better.

This is all my personal experience, so don't go by it literally. But one thing's for sure, at Bangkok it's a guarantee you will go crazy there!

Hey thanks for all the tips!!Will really come in handy over the next two days.I think the other cheap mall you are talking about is MBK,really hot place for electronics and fake movies!!Already picked up windows vista and windows professional.
Yea the cars in bankok are way better then singapore;next to my hotel theres this line of used car showrooms and the cars inside aint any corolla or sunny....but astons,slk's,mini's,evo's,porsche's canyou imagine.
Anyway the only reason i logged into t-bhp was coz we might be picking up a set of rims for the baleno and i just wanted to check out the right sizes and stuff!!!

Yes the supercar pics were taken at a showroom next to my hotel..pretty kool huh!There are still quite a few more to come,i dont really have the time to put the rest.
And jango,theres no way i wouldve got to drive one of these....the real fun starts in phuket were you can drive anything without a licence
