Which is the best creatine to take for weight/mass gain? I will be combining it with a supplement like serious mass.
Also pls explain the dosage and methods of using it. Have heard this loading stage etc is total BS.

Stay away from Serious Mass - Worst weight gainer formula of all time. It's loaded with way too many simple sugars and will play havoc with your body's insulin regulation. Try out Gaspari Nutriton Real Mass (Post Workout) alongwith Size ON (Intra-Workout). It'll produce results you're looking for. There's no need for loading unless you're a powerlifter and engage in predominantly anaerobic training.

Damn, thanks for letting me know. I have been taking it for sometime with no gain then again I haven't been to regular at the gym either.
But I propose to change that, 4 times a week at the gym this entire month is my commitment to myself. I obv will have to work out constantly after too.
I am under weight hence could do with some fat too via my supplement. But I don't want something that involves a lot of scoops per serving as it tends to fill me up and leaves me feeling too heavy to eat my next meal well.
I have also heard that some of these supplements hv way more protein and carbs than one should be taking. This would end up messing with the kidney too.
Would be great if other gurus provide suggestions for the right product and place to buy in mumbai.

Has anyone bought whey online, ebay etc from any seller from US or Canada? How does the duty work? And how much has it cost you?

If shipping overseas it isnt worth ordering from eBay. If your having it delivered to you and then carrying it to India its a good option.

Guys trying to gain weight, here's a home made recipe I used earlier (completely out of fitness off lately)

1 Scoop whey - 1.5
2 Banana's
2 Scoops Rolled Oats(not quick cooking)
10 almonds
Some peanut butter
Some other fruit/fruit juice for flavour if you want

^^ Blend into a nice sludge in the mixie.

Milk / Icecream can be used but I could not due to my lactose problem.

Thats an excellent 'mass' gainer right there instead of buyign Serious Mass.

Plenty. Unless you plan on consuming it later, say more than 3 hrs.

Somebody google maltodextrin VS banana-carb absorbtion rates

btw, milk+bananas+ creatine. Anyone?

Yep in that case fruit is an ABSOLUTE NO!

Time is basically why supplement companies have the edge.

Also they give you the PCF ratio to suit your bulking cals or maintenance etc.

The recipe Iv stated is basically for a beanpole or hardgainer to gain some bulk while learning to eat

ABSOLUTELY NOT!
Contact ARC Distributors aka Gaspari Importers, in Bombay.

Real Mass= 2300 @ 6 lbs

EDIT: Myofusion should also reach bombayites and Delhiites @ 2700 odd bucks. If you're quoted 3500, walk out.

why you would wanna do that is because as you said by the time you are done with heavy chest excercises your triceps and shoulders are already fatigued. which means it won't take you much to do a few isolated excercies for triceps and shoulders to completely break them.

if you do them on separate days, yes you'll probably be able to use heavier weights since they are fresh but then it's not about how much weight you can lift but how effectively you can exhaust a muscle forcing it to grow. if you have already done half the work with one muscle group (say triceps) by doing compounds (say for chest) why would you wanna restart again on a new day? take advantage of the half fatigued tricep on the chest day

atleast that's the thinking behind trainers advocating chest shoulder triceps on a single day, parallely back and bicep on another. this would also help you rotate your muscle groups faster.

Damn I wish you had replied earlier. I bought them the same day. Oh well, I got ripped off but will contact distributor next time.

Ok now I have started the Size On during my workouts and it seems to be giving me some power to lift more (maybe psychological). I work out at around 7.30pm and by the time I am done it's dinner time, so I can't really have Real Mass right after my workout or dinner gets sidelined.

I have started having Real Mass between breakfast and lunch at around noon. I mix one scoop or anymore would fill me up and hamper my lunch intake. I think I can squeeze a second scoop before my workout at around 5-6pm.

Is this routine fine? Also I believe there are certain precautions to take while having creatine, drink excess water ? Please help guide me in the right direction.

I am looking to work out 3-4 times a week as my goal is to gain mass, I believe I should be resting equally too?

Do not use Creatine on a continuous basis, Use it for 1 month break it for 15 days again for 1 month and break for 15 days. This way the body does not get used to Creatine. On the days you workout take 5gms 30 minutes prior to workout and 5gms post workout, On non working days 5gms on empty stomach should be enough. No matter you are using creatine or not 4 to 5 lts of water a day is sufficient.
