Default How many hours everyday do you spend in your office?

i sometimes wonder where our cosmopolitan lifestyle is leading us to. we are spending increasing hours at work & lesser at home. so thought let me get an idea of how much we "contribute" to our nation's GDP (or something like that, not good with economics )

No I haven't got the AM/PM wrong, I work for a BPO.

Gods given us 24 hours in a day. All it requires is planning to make the most of it.

My segregation is simple:

8 Hours : Work
8 Hours : Sleep
8 Hours : Fun.

If the intent of the question is to understand how many hours people work every day, then for those of us who are in iT industry, work is not limited to just office hours. We end up working a few hours from home every day.

Few years ago i was like work...work....work.... and the peak of it is, once i worked for 36 hours in a single stretch.

But now, i can't hang around for more than 8 hours and maximum of 9-10 hrs of effectrive work.

I leave home at 7:45 every morning. Reach office around 9. Work till 7 to 9 in the evening. Drive back home in an hour and a half to two hours. Back home latest by 11.
2hours 45 minutes on the road and 10-12 hours in the office. That is hard work, don't you think? I am so glad I drive. The attention the road demands makes sure office is completely forgotten by the time I get home.
