The problem (if you would like to call it) is that in China patents have no value.
So copying from someone is not really a crime.
And this isn't only related to Automobiles, it is also in engineering field.

BTW, we have to really appreciate the expertise in producing fakes. Who else can perfect it than the chinese??

But anybody has any picture of this fake thingy?? Afterall it can be a part conspiracy too. Ain't it??
