it's awkward but I'm kind of phobic to needles and bloods. Just the thought of syringes and needles makes me nervous. There was a blood donation camp in my office last week and i wanted to donate but in the last moment i pulled out - Courtesy my irrational fear. Apparently lot of people have this and its called Trypanophobia. Has anyone managed to overcome this fear?
