3BHK for 25L! However I see flats are in Hoskote. Is it correct? Isnt it far?

Guys, Im too looking for place to stay. Some where in City ( I mean area inside Outer Ring Road)

Which are good places to have less travel time to ORR and Majestic?

Looking for 2.5BHK to 3BHK in 30-35L.

Thanks.

Dev,
If you want something which is near to ORR,then Sarjapur road is a good choice of location.According to me,its ideal as its convenient to get to Whitefield as well.Same with Electronic city. You have many roads which will take you to Electronic cityu within 15-20 mins from Sarjapur road.

Ask me, i know. I commute to Whitefield daily from Sarjapur road from my apartment on Hosa road. My wife works in Electronic city, and is quite convenient for her. Added advantage is that is also within 10 kms from my house to the IT offices on IRR, in case we move to some company there.

Sarjapur would be good for me wrt office.

I looking for a place that is strategically placed between ORR and majestic. As we have lots of relatives in Blore and dont want to discourage them to visit our place by staying far.

Devang,
Thats a tad difficult. The only area I can think of is Adugodi. Not sure how the accomodation is in that area.Koramangala is a good one if you are willing to stretch your purse.

Again, connectivity from Sarjapur to Majestic is pretty good.Loads of options wrt public transport.

Salarpuria has a project in Bommanahalli named 'Greenage' , next to Oxford college in Hosur Road and very near to the starting point of Elevated Express Way to Electronic City. It will be less than 2 KM to the Silk Board junction. I feel, this would fit in to your requirement to have the optimal access to the major points in the city, but with a stretched budget. I have purchased one in this project and expected completion is by Dec 2011.

IMO staying in bommanahalli would be beneficial only for people working in EC. In this case, devranman would simply have to endure silkboard traffic for both going to office (whitefield) and majestic.

Bumping up this thread. My office is in Outer Ring Road, close to RMZ ecospace. I am new to this part of the city. I am looking for a 2 BHK within 10kms from my office. Which areas should I look at? Will I get a decent 2 BHK for less than 40 lacs?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
