Like I have found everything else online... Google

I was searching for a Mahindra Classic 4x4 and I think I came accross GTO's post about his classic. I was hooked after I saw the wealth of info on the forum.
It was like stumbling on a secret gathering of Indian motorheads!

Five or six years ago, me and my colleagues were planning a trip to Kumarakom, and I for one was the only "researcher" for information. It was going to be the first time for us to Kerala.

During the usual google search, I found myself bumping again and again into T-BHP for its excellents posts regarding everything including route info, accommodation, sight seeing, pics, culture, cuisine and what not - almost everything a traveller would want - what with the excellent travelogues to go with them, you are converted into an impulsive and compulsive traveller. And from then on, the Travelogues section has been (mostly) the sole reference for all our travel plans !!! Now with owning a car and recently getting to be a member (on my first attempt), I have "graduated" into other sections in the forum.

I would regularly google for new cars or for understanding user reviews about cars and invariably the site would throw up TEAM BHP as one of the top options.

How it all started: Google Search "GOA Road Trip"
I came to know about Team-BHP, when I was searching for some travelouges for Goa. Was planning to do a trip to Goa by Road on my Avenger in 2007. Was searching and then landed here. Read a couple of travelouges here and also on XBHP. Mostly used to read the threads as a guest.

"TEAM-BHP:\> convert team-bhp_guest team_bhp_member"
Forward to 2009, was reading a few TL's for my next Goa trip and came across a thread, where everyone was refering to someone as Pandey Ji. This was a Hyderabadi's Travelouge to Goa. I had a feeling that do I know this Pandey Ji as I knew someone, who used to be referred to as Pandey Ji in my previous organization. I had a feeling that I knew him and a couple of pages down the travelouge, I see the picture of the so called Pandey Ji & it was none other than Avinash (mobike008). I was like, oh hell I know him and that's when I applied for membership. So, it was Goa & Pandey Ji, who made me get onto Team-BHP big time.

Three years back, on a rare laid back day in office, a sudden urge for a long drive gripped me. Long weekend ahead , and hadn't visited Munnar for a while- But no clue on driving directions from Bangalore to Munnar. Open Internet Explorer , type Google. Search - Voila , there comes a travelogue Bangalore to Munnar and the site was Team BHP. And that was the start of this addiction
