Yep. In fact the only time I really get to enjoy music is when I'm driving. Don't have a good setup at home/office. And not much opportunity to kick back & enjoy music the way I want to.

I listen to Blues, Jazz, Bluegrass, Country, Acoustic Rock, a bit of classic Rock, Progressive & Modern Rock, Alternative, and a (very) little bit of other genres.

I do like my music a bit loud, but nowhere as loud as having to wince at the sound when I'm listening. And I always listen with my windows up. I usually don't stop listening, and leave the engine running even at a long signal or railway crossing.

I rarely get affected by road rage, probably because of the music. Ok I do, but the anger/frustration passes in less than a minute. When I was younger (18 to 22), I drove an M800 for 5 years with NO music system in it. Now, I really don't know how I used to cope

Yes I do listen to music while I drive. My work commute is about 22kms one way and music in the car is the only entertainment I get enroute.

Only when I am driving alone. Otherwise I find conversation much more entertaining.

Since 95% of my travelling is done alone, Music has to be palying in the car! I too do not find time to listen to music at home/office so listen to it in the car only.

As for Genre's I listen to virtually everything including Rock, Pop, a bit of Hip-Hop (not too fond of it!), Popular Hits but mostly I prefer House, Techno or Electronic!

And yes, while in Delhi I do listen to the Radio a lot primarily because while stuck in traffic the RJ's banter keeps you occupied, relaxed & is at times funny too!! You also don't feel bored as some stations now have some really good playlists.

Let's put it this way.. its either the ICE or the engine and the turbo. Both are music to my ears.

Prefer to listen to the sound of my engine - which is sheer musical bliss to my ears. The ICE typically stays off, or in slow moving traffic on with a mild volume level. I've been told by female friends I have the mentality of people in their 40s/50s because of this - like I care. Engine sound is music to me. Period.
