Starting a Helpline Number of a Senior BHPian - Team-BHP

Hello guys,

While reading through the accident forum I thought of this idea.

Why can't we start a helpline number of a senior BHPian for a particular area. While we met an accident we will be in a horrible mood and at that time if we get a hand from a BHPian itself, I think it will be big relief for those BHPian met with the accident.

Most of the time we will not be having the emergency contact numbers to whom we have to contact.

So, please guys let me have your opinion in this regard and all of you can have a line that how we can operate to help the fellow BHPians who face such a situation

Nice thought biju, and yes, its great to have the support of fellow BHPians (I speak from experience), however posting contact details on an open forum such as this is not advisable, as they can be misused in a variety of ways.

I Love the fact that someone's thought of this, unfortunately i'd second RT on this coz there's way too many clowns hanging around.

biju - good idea. But most members are already known to most other members in the first place offline. Newbies will also get to know members from their regions as they start networking. PMs would help to an extent - but I dont see any new feature addition that would help AT the time of an accident.

The best way for a newbie is to PM the members he wants to get in touch with & get their phone numbers, posting them here is too much of a risk.

As for oldies most people have each other's numbers anyway.
