Looks like a SL Vs Aus final..

SL were looking more confident then Nz and it showed in end results.
SA has a tendency to choke in such occasions. Lets see what happens today

If Aus and SL meet at Finals, my guess is that it will be a one sided match and aussies will walk out with all honours.

Looks like a Sri Lanka - Australia final is on the cards.
I don't want Australia to win because they've won twice in a row and Sri Lankans and Indians are more or less the same people.
But then, I want the Aussies to win because my favourite bowler will be retiring immediately after the World Cup and there's no better way to go out than with the cup in the hand. Also, I feel the best team should win and Australia is just that. They've been consistently the best and worthy of the "World Champions" tag.
Difficult situation for me. Don't know whom to cheer for.

SA won the toss and elected to bat. Lucky Smith.

But they were one down with smith back to pavalion at 7 runs on board. If SA wanted to put a fighting total they need to score minimum 275+

SA after 10 overs 27/5, and I had tossed off so many important commitements just to watch this match. Hopefully some recovery and a fightback.

Reached home to SA being 100-7. hahaha lucky me went and spent quality time with my girl rather than watch these chokers bat .

Aussies so far look unstoppable. Its 124-8 now, sigh.

I AGREE ME FRIEND .... firstly the format of this world cup was the most flawed -- They shud have had all teams playing each other or maybe didvided them into 2 groups opf 8 teams each and then a knock out system from the quarters onwards .

Ok SA gone Let's see if Murli/Malinga/Jayasuriya combine can hold a candle to the Aussie juggernaut.

God, please don't let the damn Aussies win this time around, it would be sheer heart break.
