Default Wanted 13" tubless tyres

Hi,
My indica is going to become city runabout in another 5-10K kms.
The current Bridgestone Potenza are almost at the end of life and will last maximum 5K more.
I do not want to buy brand new from showroom(will cost me 10K) minimum for 4 tires.
So I was thinking if anyone of you is upgrading to better tires from your brand new tires in Delhi I am game
The requirements are
1. Maximum running of 1000kms
2. 155/70, 165/65, 175/60, 185/60 13" rims. 195/55 also okay if I cant get anything else
3. My aim is low cost, so I am willing to pay a little more than what you get in second hand market
4. No Punctured tires please, I want new tires
5. TUBELESS only. Nothing else will do.
