haa haa haaaa... that is one thing you will never manage to change. As someone would say nonchalantly "same difference". Its called popular perception. So "Marathi people"... "bengali lnaguage" (actually bangla is the language and bengali, anglicized form of bangali, are the people of bengal). Or to take a more international perception Rank Xerox tried for years to change perception through their adv claiming Xerox is a brand, Photocopy is the result... they also gave up ultimately. For most people it is Xerox they get done. Or as in Maharashtra they say, Zerox. Not many know of photocopying, lol.

Quite true. How many times have you gone to a restaurant and ordered for a bottle of "Bisleri"? Well, Bisleri is a brand and what you should actually be asking for is a bottle of Mineral Water.

Watched "The Train" a few days ago. Avoid!
Buy the audio CD. The music is pretty good.

I believe Rajnikant's real name is Shivajirao Gaekwad.

Ok Guys...I am not much into films..But I do watch whenever I get sometime..I mostly prefer to watch them on DVD's or when they are aired on TV..
Here are some I watched recently..

1.) Shoot Out at Lokhandwala: Nice Movie..watch it if you can handle lots of Blood and bullets..The actors really did a nice job..
But..
Tushar Kapoor.. He looked too funny to be a gangster..Every time he used to be angry I felt like Laughing..
Abhishek Bachan:Was he an Indian police officer?? he looked too stylish to be a cop..
I Loved the Background score..(can someone get it for me??)

Aye Ganpat Chal Picture Dekh!!

2.) Tara Rum Pum Pum: (Hope I got the name right??)
Ok good movie when it comes to the Driving scenes..Other than nice movie for the kids to enjoy..
Music was nice..
I didnt understand one thing..How does a car (the taxi) shoot directly to 100 in a second?
Also The every time in the race..RV used to overtake all the cars in a single lane..And used to be from the last position to the 1st..Why couldnt the other drivers block him??
Ok it was just a film..and anything can happen.heheheh
You also get a message..Never ever Buy an Exotic home and an Exotic car on Loans..

Premonition - The movie's quite good. It's pretty confusing for a while since it involves a deja vu type situation. The story and acting are both good with Sandra Bullock at the lead. Not exactly a "must watch", but, you won't feel like you've wasted your money.

Just back from a show of Sivaji, the Tamil version - typical masala movie. Nothing great - nothing new but entertaining all the way. keeps you happy. And yes, in case you guys are wondering - I do not know a single alphabet of Tamil

So the Don goes and watches the Boss.

How were the stunts and the cars. I still say the highlight is the movie drive in car scene.

The sets are really amazing especially the song in the glass palace.

I loved the coin flipping thingy - and yeah the Toyota turns into a Scorpio and that stunt in the drive in theatre was "cool" but just when it had warmed up - suddenly Sivaji decides to blast out all cars of his way and dive into the safety of "The Mouth"

Songs were good. The glass set and the other set which was 3-4 storeys high was nice too.

btw - the theatre was 15% full here - afternoon show at a multiplex.

Well if you see the movie Cars then you would have a Deja Vu, wont you, all the racing action, driving out through smoke is copied from there. And its nascar you can come from last to 1st butttttttt dont they have racing stewarts taking your license away for illegal moves like intentionally creating accdients.

Nitrous seems to be the co-producer of Sivaji the Boss
