Had a long weekend and spent some time watching comedies. All of them are a must watch.

Watched quite a few movies the last week.
Here are the ones I enjoyed -
- Kung FU Panda
- You don't mess with the Zohan
- Get Smart
- Wanted.

I also saw Love Guru, Wall E, Hancock and wouldn't recommend those.

I watched Mithya last week. Another good movie from the Bheja Fry camp. Strong performance from Ranvir Shorey. Now looking forward to Bheja Fry 2.

Well watched 3 movies this weekend and all hindi so here it comes

Jaane tu ya Jaane na...3/5
Simple plot and great direction. Brilliant way of telling a story and all characters have done their best for this movie. Some guys who rocked were N Shah(simply awesome), Khan bros(Brilliant though i thought it was a special entry and only one scene but ten SURPRISE...like WHATS THIS!!!!)

Aamir....2.5/5
Great acting and superb picturisation. Raaji did a great role

Dhoka....2/5
Story line got me thinking and upon that this was at night after watching aamir. Well the last two movies will seriously make you think.
These two must not be missed guys trust me

I don't know how many of you noticed this - but I keep hearing this title song of an upcoming movie - Mission Istanbul (looks to be a good action movie) but the catch is the singer sings like this -

Meeeshan meeshan meeeshan Istanboool , meeeshan meeeshan meeeshan Istanbooool

Its downright hilarious - I start laughing the moment I hear the song.

Any one heard it ?

Watched JTYJN Monday night. Good movie, good performances overall. The Khan kid is impressive. The cameos by Naseeruddin Shah and Ratna Pathak Shah had me in splits.

The cowboys, Arbaaz and Sohail are a delight to watch .

Rating: a healthy 3.5/5.

I am eagerly waiting for Singh is Kinng now. Should be a HIT IMHO !!

Am I the only one to think that the Khan boy has a striking resemblance to Jugal Hansraj? Initially when I saw the promo's I thought Jugal was trying to make yet another comeback!

Saw the Demon Barber of Fleet Street and The Counterfeiters this weekend.
In the Demon barber - johnny depp so completely rocks. It is a really bone chilling and at the same time a touching portrayel of his character.

The Counterfeiters - It is an Austrian movie(english subtitles) which was awarded the best foreign film Oscar. Its about this Jew who has a good business as a counterfeiter but is then caught by the Nazis. Its a story of how they make him and his team make fake dollars and pounds to fund the war and the way he survives the camp. A fantastic movie.
