I am in.

I own a sfx lancer and i think its an awesome car but i feel its time we got far superior cars like the 10th gen lancer. I have no idea why we need to put up with pieces of junk like the cedia which is so mediocre. Why should people go to the extent where they pick up a cedia and mod it to look like the evo? Our economy is booming and so is everything else in India and why should we make do with sub-standard cars. If mitsubishi refuses to bring in their latest models then a petition should be filed against them. "Its all too frustrating for a mitsubishi lover like me".

thats what this thread is about isnt it?

We want Mitsubishi to offer us current products with better service.

The Cedia is already a generation old now and I guess HM service isnt all that great.

The only reason i am not going in for a cedia to replace my lancer is because I don't think it's a big step up. The car is all but too familiar. Buying teh next gen car doesn't really make that much sense.

If HM get the 10th gen car it will no doubt be my next car. Till then I am hanging onto my SFXi.

The cedia lures me but the 10th gen lancer beckons.

I am IN.

I am IN!!!
I love MITSU.....Also the pic featured in the thread started by Devarshi84.... is the EVO X........I am all for this car.

I think Mitsubishi as a company are determined to dump their reputation to dump yard.....
In US they have started to get aggressive and attempt to take a crack at Honda and Toyota ....who seem to be ruling.....

In India, Pathetic is the word...Sales man wants to know where you work...will you buy their car....and then offer test drives......
If you want a test drive, they would order it from the company and then let you drive..only if you promise that you would take their sport edition....

Come on Mitsu!!! Pull up socks..and get to work.......
When FIAT can invest 2000 crores....why cant you!!!!

Suggestion:
Set up your own shop and drop the HM merger.... or get HM to commit to the Mitsubishi legacy....

Other than the EVO and the Eclipse....I hardly see Mitsubishi vehicles in the US

I AM IN.

I have been reading this book called "Evo- The road car and WRC story". Very interesting. Its the entire history of lancer. Including EVO. The Lancer is a very well built car, its development was closely connected to the Rally scene. The advertisements for this car in Japan and America are all about its rallying heritage, but in India that part of the Lancer is not at all visible in their promotions. They've had some nice and powerful engines too in other markets. Cant understand why HM cannot see the need to offer something powerful for India. There definately are buyers for such cars in India. Come on Mitsu!!
