This was before the poll was included crazy man.

BTW, devarshi sounds like a preacher who demands that you raise your hands & say yes, I am in.

wasnt on my mind. But now that you said it. I am on the floor rolling up and down. Heheh.

The whole idea here is that HM is very lazy so if we do some homework for them, maybe they will bring in the car sooner.

I have dispatched some e-mails. One to Mitsu japan, one to HM and one each to the top three Indian mags.

I am just astonished to see this thread last 9 pages.

Wow I am sure we are turning heads at HM with our 87 'I am in' votes.

wooohooo!!!!!

guess who just called. A spokesperson for Mitsubishi motors Japan. The regional manager is coming to meet me this 18th. He has seen the thread too.

1. The current lancer is being replaced in 2008 for a new lancer 1.5 that will fight it out with the new upcoming Honda city.

2. HM-Mitsubishi collabration is breaking up. Also my dealer confirmed this today. Now Mitsubishi will be offficially running in India.

This is amazing....fabulous news........
Last week I went to Lathangi and Southern Motors to test drive the Cedia and my old love (Lancer) .....

The sales person told me that
-> The old lancer is going to stay for another 7 years
-> EVO will never make it India...and if I wanted to import it ...it is going to cost 40 Lacs

Although I loved the Cedia....I was surprised with the conviction the sales guys from both the showrooms made their statements on the Lancer
