Default Measure of Road Rage - A New Project

Hi Guys,

I have decided to start upon something interesting. I want to some up with a mathematical formula that measures the amount of road rage in a city. I have started this on a blog which can be accessed here. (Thought Pad - Traffic Evaluation - Research)

What do you guys think about this?
