Wanted: Mitsubishi Lancer Cedia

Guys, if there is a Mitsubishi Lancer Cedia available anywhere do lemme know. Colour n reg. number doesn't matter. Need a clean car with no accident history.

BTW, how much do u think 2nd hand Cedia's cost?? The OTR price here is Rs.9.2lakh and since resale is pretty low i hope i'll get one for a few lakhs less.

Do u guys think its a good thing to get the Cedia?? I'm thinkin of it cuz its a driver's car and the 2litre engine has lots of mod possibilities.

I did search on the forum but that was the only thread about it. I did get a testdrive and its a great car, great handling and even better brakes imo.

I love the interiors n all, but somehow the front end doesn't seem to appealing. Besides that, it seemed great

Why not a Civic with a B16, if you want a driver's car? It'll be cheaper too.

Karthik, remember the Cedia Sports (or something) that was at the the expo?

Used to wheelspin with the lightest touch! As you said, the car would be great for mods.

Or if u meant Civic, its way outta my budget. I need something under 6.5lakhs max.

then you could go with the d16 similar to the indian vtec. 130+bhp.

If the car was sold in the south east,spares are easy to source.
Civic is quite common around the world and spares are not expensive either.
B18C is a tried n tested engine for the civic and u should have over 200bhp at the wheels with just the basic upgrades.
Moreover, having a civic is more exclusive.

Nitrous, 200 horses in one beast which is not capable of utilizing them is useless compared to a 150 horses beast which makes the best out of it.

A lancer is not just about an engine. define the meaning of civic.

The Cedia is a very different machine, and a modded Import civic has a different charm, if you wanna keep a low profile but have a hot machine, Cedia is nice, if you looking for some road ripping action and presence then Civic with a done up engine is really HOT! Civic has cult status on street, but the Lancer (Cedia) is no EVO, the breed is similar but there is no comparison. Civic Hatch churning out close to 200 horses!! Oh Yeah!!
