And nope, it wasnt a publicity stunt. He wanted it to remain to remain as confidential as possible but our beloved media was there to cover it all. After all, it's not everyday one sees a number going for that money.

Price for all this unwanted popularity?
Having to deny allotement of this number.
Going underground and not resurfacing when IT department officials start to visit your premises for "questioning" regarding how he had 15L to spend on a cell phone number.
