Default Re: Team-Bhp flooding your email? Solution posted here!

My inbox was being flooded on a weekly basis inspite of choosing the 'Do not subscribe' option and 'save changes' multiple times. My list subscriptions had 42 threads on it which i had not subscribed for.

Anyways this is what i did.

Go to -- USER CP (on the top left of the page)
Go to -- LIST SUBSCRIPTIONS under SUBSCRIBED THREADS (on the left of the page)
CLICK on 'view all subscribed threads' (top middle of page)

CLICK on the notifications column box to select all subscribed threads (on the right of the page)

CLICK on 'move to folder' drop down menu which is at the bottom right of the subscribed threads list and choose 'Delete subscriptions'

Hopefully your inbox should be free of subscription mails now. For good measure I also went to the EDIT OPTIONS PAGE and clicked on the save changes button (bottom of page) as well.
The EDIT OPTIONS page also has a 'default thread subscription mode' where you can choose 'do not subscribe' but that didn't work for me.
hope this workaround will be effective
cheers
