That reminds me, a few of these LCCs serve the instant cup noodles on flights. I've always wondered what the consequences would be if the aircraft hits severe turbulence when the hostess is pouring the boiling hot water in your cup.

Perhaps the same as when she is pouring boiling tea in your cup?

Indigo is quite ahead when it comes to ontime performance even during fog - KF did fantastically well this winters. And, spice/indigo are the best because they have new planes only - like: CH-Aviation - Airline News, Fleet Lists & More

Indigo has truly invested in their ground handling: be it the ramps (boon for older/wheelchair passengers), their sandwich boxes, boarding card scanners, fantastic buses - they are pretty good.
Except As far as luggage is concerned. Consistently we've seen that even though all staff is ready for serving the aircraft, luggage is taken out very late - today for eg, second bus was departing but cargo doors werent opened.

ofc, time spent in flight/air is fine, but i personallly get irked waiting for luggage!

Default The Pleasures of Landing at Heathrow on a Clear Day

Pics of London from the air using a phone cam, the polycarb windows spoiled things but the view was great

Perhaps it was a clear day like when ajmat landed - I've had a funny feeling that the buses in Heathrow are subject to Air Traffic Control, the way they keep going round and round for ages.

Oh yes they did. Bar the frequency to get to T5 from T4, the drivers knew how to get around.

Amazing!

I don't even have a clue which of the open green bits in the pics is a cricket ground!

Google Maps will probably give you your answer.

That must be the Oval. Lords is somewhere near Regents park.

ah, yes... Oval, near Kennington.

Lords is St. John's Wood, which is towards the North-East corner of Regents Park, bottom end of Finchley Road.

Yes... I can find my way around London if I'm there, but sitting here in Chennai, the London-map brain cells grow very dim!

Looking at those pics again, though, they really are good.

I once, on a flight out of London City Airport, was able to pick up the railway line out of Liverpool Street Station, and by following it, locate my own street. Otherwise its been major landmarks only.

Default Terminal 3 singapore

Passed through en route to Malaysia and explored en-route home.

Shops are much more high-end.
Cafes are pretty well spread out and not too much more expensive
Best toilets compared to most other airports
Electronics and gadgets are better served in T2

Ferrari store also opened complete with replica race car. Cost of a Ferrari cap = $S80 or run like a Mclaren

Those are beautiful pictures Ajmat. By Far Changi is the best across all other airports in the world.

Wish I could pre-pone my trip by 5 months..
