Bhupinder is my favorite singer. And one of his songs - Karoge yaad to har baat yaad aayegi - always reminds of some very pleasant memories.

Have a long list , but then there is this one song which I have been listening to almost everyday, its a 2006 release ...

Artist : Nickelback
Song : Saving me

Prison gates won't open up for me
On these hands and knees I'm crawlin'
Oh, I reach for you
Well I'm terrified of these four walls
These iron bars can't hold my soul in
All I need is you
Come please I'm callin'
And oh I scream for you
Hurry I'm fallin', I'm fallin'

Youtube Linky : YouTube - Nickelback - Savin' Me

I simply love Chad Kroeger's voice.

There are sooo many that its difficult to list ALL o fthem out here.
However, my ALL time favourite is an instrumental song.

It occurs in the Black Hawk down movie OST. It's called 'Leave No Man Behind'

Absolutely beautiful!

Ya rabba - the only thing i liked in Salaam-e-ishq, besides ayesha takia
Woh bheege pal - from Manorama 6 feet under. Beautiful lyrics.
Tuzhse naraaj nahi zindagi - sung by asha bhosale, from movie Maasum ( i am not sure though )
Tum hamare nahin - ghazal by Jagjeet singh
There are a lot more from hindi side.. but cant remember all of them.

From english ones :
Hero, Addicted, Dont you forget about me - by enrique iglesias
when you say nothin at all, If tomorrow never comes - ronan keating

For me, Dave Matthews Band tracks like "Crush", "Don't drink the water".

Bob Dylan's "Blowing in the wind".

Neil Diamond - "Red, red wine".

Many more.

For me the best has been "Cats in the cradle" originally by Harry Chapin, later adapted by Ugly Kid Joe.

Explanation: Read "The Story" section in the link above.

Though it is of rock genre, am sure most busy dads will feel the lyrics at heart.
