Well, this is not very different than US government thinking (and convincing the whole world) that Iraq had WMD. Only difference is that Iraq can't get back at USA based on this shark theory.

guys, mabey they are right. we might never know for sure how the shark got there. i like to be the optimist ( or percimist ) at times.

I remember one of our neighboring countries used to cry during drought that India didn't allow enough water to flow in their country, and during flood that India drained too much water
