So does that mean most of us are not following a healthy way of lifestyle! There was a time I used to wonder when I'll put on some weight? and now, I pray to the lord in helping me loose some kilos...

3-4 times a week. Mainly weights with some cardio.
Been working out for a long time, though I've received several injury setbacks, the most serious being a lower back fracture which will need surgery soon.

I would recomend getting a treadmill for your house. Its a great investment. I have one and have a TV in front of it.

Used to workout regular after college, I love the Gym, but now have not done anything for last year, though have started exercising in the mornings starting couple of weeks ago, I could never do that earlier but now I have no choice. Staying fit is fun.

amtak why why why would you start this tread and remind me of the fact that i have only gone to my gym 6 times in the past 6 months, i have started running up my stairs now though, an since i started driving the sonata i tend to not want to take the car out if the place is close by so i tend to walk it out, os i recomend every one buy a big car that you can't park in small lanes, trust me you will tend to walk more.

6 times is a lot more than what I have visited the gym in the last 3 years. 2 times in 3 years!!!!

I do my exercise routines atleast on 5 days in a week. It makes me feel light and better throughout the day after the exercise.

Guys...exercise or else.
I never lifted a finger ('cept for a brief fling with man-powered wheels for a year- before it was stolen). Started out on m'cycles 25 years ago and that was the end of all physical activity (ok, :-) most).
Cut to now and my ortho doc tells me I need all sorts of professionally-directed exercise to fix a weak back- the cause of near-chronic backache. And yes, the BIKE has to go.
SIGH.
