Thanks Safari, that confirms it. The answer was decipherable once I managed to download the grid!

Yeah me too . I did try with the grid initially but got the answer rather by fluke and not with the grid. So Edsel please PM me the grid relation to the answer.

Maybe an open hint will help others too. Once you download the grid, you have a starting point all marked and ready. The groups of letters in the main visual include four "directional" letters, and the other four are actually values that show how far you need to move from the starting point! Think of Snakes and Ladders, or Ludo.

PS: Safari, if you're still stuck on the cube level (25), here's a hint: look at the three colours on the cube. (The page title says "safety first", so put the safety colour at the beginning.) The ghostly numbers alongside indicate how you must group the letters meaningfully. A far-from-drab Wiki page will assist you in this. If you've got this far, it's easy to put your finger on it. Or your foot for that matter.

Whats a doctor and a snake have to do? Do I have to take Cleopatra into consideration??

And all hints talk abt a grid, no clue where to get that.

The 4 words in the pic are all you need to decode the grid - BxxM is not the answer, you're doing something wrong, go back and start again.

To get the grid - if you've played the earlier versions of Klueless, you would remember doing something to get additional clues that you've not used in K5 till now - if you've not played the earlier ones, go to the rules of the game and study them carefully, have you tried everything written there?

Been stuck on 28 for so long that I no longer have any cogent recollection of earlier levels.
Are you referring to the "cube" level? My post above (#335) gave out some hints.

is it s a 3 letter word or a 4 letter word? Since north does not have any letters, do we just omit it or start counting from south upwards?

In level 27 found two elements in the pic. Struggling with the other two . Tried to relate this to the event but no luck yet.

Heavy rain and a powercut is forcing a break on me. Hope the power comes back soon.
