Phew.. Level 27 was the easiest of the levels after 20. Guys open this level in IE to see a message in the pic. (appears when you move your cursor over some point in the pic). This message is sort of a clue for this level. Chrome didn't show this for me.

Solved it!

Use IE if you can't recognize the person in the pic.
Google, connect the four things you see on the picture, google, and then follow the hint in the source code!

Good Morning all. So who made it to the hall of fame? 90 names already there!

Could not continue after Friday evening, was stuck at 20th then and still I am. Too much of work today, don't think I will be getting time to continue.

If its the first 10a then read the paragraph carefully and see what is missing in it.Check earlier pages in this thread for more clues.

Finally got 20
Hint
1. The poem is just the part. You need the tambola sheet. Now figure out how will you get that(hint, image editor)
2. Play tambola
3. Put the leftovers in google(group the rows people!)
4. Wiki will help then!

Same case with me. Done with the 20 and I think that's it. I will continue when I have plenty of free time.

I saved that image and opened that in IE, and selected the whole image- that was it, the thambola stuff became clwarly visible. I guess 'at an angle' thing won't work with crt monitors.

Well Techno, if you remember, in lotto, somebody speaks out the numbers, and you cross out on the sheet.
You do same here. And use the leftovers in wikipedia

Got through 20!

In 21, I've entered the answer by the clues, but now it says "Almost there, try a little harder". What next???

EDIT 1: For 20, don't forget the grouping advice given by tsk!

EDIT 2: Rather than getting myself at the correct angle, I tilted the whole LCD screen a bit!

Cyclops, think of a little event, what you got is part of the answer. Its a two word answer.
Now what recently went kaboom and has this word as part of it?

Others, please guide me on level 22. I got HSBC symbol, but what to do with it?

tsk, Its not HSBC. As advised by other guys here, take out a paper and join the places. By the time you connect to the last place you will have the answer in the paper.

PS: K5 blog clues are sometimes misleading. Check only the mod responses in the blog.

My laptop finally gave up on Saturday after 4 years of abuse - have been stuck at lvl 29 ever since. Didn't get time in office today, maybe I'll stay back a couple of hours longer this evening
