Yes it will be a dream come true.

If you are in pink of your health.
If you have a great job that gives you freedom and peace of mind.
If you have a family that supports and understands you.
If you live in a place where you can go for a drive without swearing twice per minute.
If......

You see, there are a lot of "ifs" associated with a dream life. Till all those are met, it will remain what it is; a dream. If you are driving and your mind is still stuck in the office or at the doctor's office, I feel, you wont be able to enjoy your car/drive even if it is a Dodge Viper being driven through Alpine roads.

OT: I know I dug up a half-decade-old thread, but I think the question Dippy asked is still relevant.
