Hi Buddies,
Since two days am finding our website being very slow

. Is anyone else too facing the same? I suppose the server is not able to withstand the sudden influx of increase in our members which is a very good sign to note.

Is any one else facing this issue as I work for a Network Plumbing company and I find the opening of the website too slow compared to others.

You are absolutely correct. TBHPians are an excited lot today, and Nano is pulling our down site down?

I too have been facing the issue. Initially I ended up cursing my ISP, but then I noticed that all other sites were opening quite fast. It surely shows that people are flocking to t-bhp for latest news and views during the exciting times of auto expo.

It is taking so much time to read the posts that I am not getting a chance to post

. But the excitement and energy at the forum is amazing

I am facing this problem only today. Otherwise, the site loads pretty fast.

With our website gaining popularity

the load on the server is understandable, I was just confirming the same.

Well we had got an info from GTO yesterday that due to the load the server got slow. They are going to do something about it so just bear with it for a day.

lock karo yaar thread.

koi dekhta hi nahin - server's at new highs - so its using swap space heavily (instead of mostly RAM operation)

we've exceeded the historical numbers - so GTO pointed in old thread that this weekend upgrade will happen.

so be good boys, and dont start another thread, just for this

Guys, GTO has already informed in other thread that the upgrading will take place on Saturday (12/01). We need to bear with this till then.

Note from mod: Due to Auto Expo fever, the number of users online is thrice the normal number(close to 3000!).
