Working in Banks IT department, so 5 PM is for sure to leave office.I am in Bangalore.

I leave office around 5:45, and am home before six.
Since I live only 5kms away from my workplace, I can be home in less then 15 minutes.
The City is Noida, the best city to drive in, out of all I have seen, if you discount loonies jumping lights at full speed, hitting other loonies jumping lights and doing the Hollywood barrel roll.

I am Fortunate, i works with Such MNC firm's I.T. dept, which allows to me to reach home by 8.00 pm ( 8 is also late because of traffic else mange to reach by 7.15 pm, of-course i starts @ 7.40 a m )

Reaches home - somewhere between 8.30 - 9.30 pm (office is 7 km from home and is usually 15 min drive)

Blr: IT. come back home by 5.30-6.00 types...but then connect from home and work for 2 more hrs. Leave office early just to avoid peak evening rush.

office offers Flexi Timing.
So I go home depending on how much work I have at Home.

If I have more work at home, my office needs me more.

Self Employed

I leave office at 7-7:30 and it takes around 15 mins for the 7 km drive to reach home, but I usually go to the club for a couple games of squash and reach home around 9pm. I start at around 10:30 am.

Bangalore IT:

Maintain Timings at 8 - 5. Leave home by 7am to reach office by 8 and then back home by max 6 to 6.30pm. Spend 2-3 hrs with my son teaching him or playing with him.

Will never miss my family life

Forgot to mention, No Blackberries for me, no official calls on weekends/holidays please, unless ofcourse its the CEO of the company, Stictly no calls at home
