West Coast Customs is all about "pimping" your ride. Trick it out seems to be about tuning and drag races. I only saw Hondas in the commercial.

The first episode,todays was just about cosmetic changes no engine work or anything...
@ishotmaydog there is a rerun at 12 night the same day [all 9pm shows on Vh1 ]....

Guys relax ,it was nothing great.
Two teams are given a similar car to `trick out` in 14 days ,then a guy called Rj (award winning car tuner) decides who did a better job.....the winning team gets to keep both the cars and advance to the next round.

I`ll take Street Customs anyday.

Truly agree with you faithless. The icing on the cake was 2 1994 honda accords were given & guess what did Winning team make out of it. A Merc E Class. The teams were given 14 days to work on the cars & the show lasted only for 20 mins. Was not even able to make out what both teams are doing.

Overhaulin & Street Customs are way better than this show.

What an utterly pointless show! Wasted 30 minutes of my evening time. There was hardly any focus on the cars, and everything seemed to be moving too fast. I think they tried to cram too much stuff into 20 minutes (30 minutes less commercials).

Is this something like the show on VH1 where 2 teams build identical cars to their specsa nd drag em. And the winner gets both?

To start with I think show is not very impresssive but let us watch some times it gets better.

Was pretty disappointed with the show. At some point I wasnt even getting what they were doing . Fitting slot machines into the dash and what not. I still prefer Street Customs and good ol' Overhaulin than this
