My animated avatar pretty much describes my forum name. Samurai refers to Japanese warrior class. I have deep interest in Japanese culture, especially Japanese martial arts like Kenjutsu (swordsmanship), Karate, Aikido, etc. May be because I hail from a community who used to be warriors until early 19th century. I own quite an arsenal of martial arts weapons too...

Well, i have been doing quite a bit of hunting for the meaning of my name....... haven't really been lucky in finding the meaning just as yet.
The name's Shravan......... and an unconfirmed meaning i found is "hearing"......... Not sure how true it is.

In that case, let me confirm it. It does mean hearing. It is also the name of a month (July-August period).
