Help needed for fund raising
A person known to me closely - works in my organization - wanted some help regarding fund raising for his brother's treatment (Bone marrow transplant for acute myeloid leukemia).
His brother has been suffering from the disease for some time now and the family has ended up selling most of the property for previous chemotherapy treatment. Cancer specialists have now recommended Bone Marrow Tranplant which shall cost not less than Rs. 15 lacs.
I was wanting to help the person with fund-raising for the cost of the treatment, but I am clueless on how to go about it (which NGOs to go to - if at all it helps; how to use media etc. etc.). Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

The cost of the treatment including Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy is 2,50,000.00.till she attains remission. Thereafter the Bone marrow Transplant needs another 8,00,000.00.
