Today, its
  • Jayasuriya v Shoaib Akthar
  • Sachin v Saurav
Who wins?

Antics of jumping jack have made KKR the most hated team. No wonder they are last in the 'Fair play' ratings.

Just bcoz one or two hate KKR, does it becomes most hated? I don't think so.

Now you won't digest the fact that KKR enjoys the largest fan following in the country!!!

Go KKR Go, crush Mumbai today!

Angry

I have my suspicion on few people....

Sehwag can't believe being stoned at home ground*-*News*-*News*-*Times of India Cricket - IPL

Sehwag looked far from worried even after he was out for his second successive duck in the IPL.
"It does not matter at all. Cricket is not about an individual. It's a team game and as long as the team keeps winning, I don't have any problem," he said.

Mumbai will support MI.

Only Shah Rukh 'Monkey' Khan & his friends (read Karan Johar) support KKR.

I am sure there are few people watching Star Cricket (where people play cricket in white ). People paid money and came to watch one of many days of REAL cricket. But what happened? Match delayed by bad light

BTW, it was T20 hero (Brendon McCullum) who saved the day for visitors.

Great that we can talk to people who have actually played the game .

As I see it, a century ago, game called cricket was shaping up. The batsmen in the game were required to satisfy 2 conditions:
1. Not to get out.
2. Make runs.

So a set of techniques were practiced which will give greater chance for batsmen to achieve these 2 objectives.

There were coaches who taught these techniques to young players. Anything outside these techniques were frowned upon, because that increased the chances of a batsman getting and hence affect his ability to score runs.

Can a batsman not follow these techniques and still score runs and not get out? Yes. There are many: classic example is Sehwag - who has score 2 triple hundreds in Test Cricket and enjoys the company of Bradman, Hammond & Lara. He might get one more in the next Test series and go beyond the greatest .

IMO, a batsman's objective is the score runs and not get out. He may or he may not follow the techniques prescribed by his coach.

Talking Make up your mind, LOL

A perfect example of what a completely irresponsible display of batting looks like. Hanging bats out at a time when they needed to consolidate. And WHAT THE HECK was Akash Chopra trying to do?!!

Anyway, just one of those days I guess. Time to move on!

LOL Khaadu, nothing to get orgasmic over I'd think but different strokes for different folks, so...

Tendulkar's gone!
Shoaib's done the trick. I hope MI doesn't collapse the way KR did..
