Default Tata Indicom Customers : CHECK your bills!

Tata Indicom is having a massive glitch in its billing systems. 16 of my work phone lines have double billing for the month of January, ditto with one of my home lines. Double billing in the sense that monthly rentals, three way conferencing and abbreviated dialing..all have been charged twice over.

Speaking to some people about this grievous error (can run in HUGE $$$ when you have an entire office linked up), I found that there are tons of people with billing errors of December and January ONLY.

My accountant got the matter solved after 45 minutes with the customer service. What if he hadnt checked (not possible in my office).

Just check your Tata Indicom / wireless bills for the last two months. You may save a grand or two per phone line.

Aadix, you don't face any problem in Hyderabad because that is Indicom's strongest zone. They started their business from there. Other than that they're all over the place. In their business, in their communication..the list can go on. I was involved with their business (marketing & communication) for more than two years. The current team sucks full time.

Guys if you're having Indicom connection..please be prepared for more disaster

I've had similiar problems with my residence line.Got rid of that damn thing a couple of weeks back.Whenever i called up on an MTNL fone, the line used to disconnect automatically after like 4-5 minutes. Was quite irritated.

Seriously.. indicom's service is absolutely pathetic. My brother uses one and he just hates their customer service. He was about to return the damn phone too. The only thing is that call reception is quite good.

That has nothing to do with Indicom. Code Dial Multiple Access is always more clear.
