Really loved the way to you set the 'bed'! :-) A very smart utilization of space and no I know what you mean by it is also your home!

With all these, what is the security system that you have in place? The accessories will be a too much of a tempatation to resist!

And why no rain guard for the driver side glass? Is it required more there than the other glasses?
Thanks! The rain guard flew off when I was driving at about 130 kmph. Hard to find a single piece.
Security is still only standard, i.e., company fitted.
@raj_5004 - The aluminum sections help me fix it and stabilise it to the roof rails.
The camera is a Sony ccd unit. The camera alone cost me 5.5k. CMOS cameras are a sorry and inadequate substitute.
The camera is connected to the reverse lights and comes on only when reverse is engaged.
The Sony screen is part of a Sony navigation unit with a TV Tuner, 2 AV inputs and a navigation input. The screen is connected to the dvd player too, but is connected to the hand brake switch through a relay.
The reverse unit also is hooked up to a relay and screen comes on only when reverse is engaged.
This ensures that the TV is not "ON", all the time, and automatically comes on in reverse mode.
Before you guys get ideas, the bed is for my kids!!!
@ JK - the cap is 4.0 farad and No, I don't need that capacitance. My brother picked it up for me so no complaints!

The screen is kept in ON mode and the main power supplied either through the relay (for reverse) or a separate switch (for DVD).

jyobeb, that's a nice set of mods for you beast...
would require information and costs regarding the kit and green filter and also about its performance...mine is almost nearing 10k, and after the service, would be changing the filter and have plans to install the kit...

A fellow team-bhpian (trance_nut) Safari on which we travelled to Chandertal. Its a 3.0 litre 4X4. It tooks us through worst terrain possible, travelled on rocks for kilometers, even saved our lives at places.... a fitting tribute to the 4 wheels that tooks us to a place that is truly heaven on earth.
