| Thanx to all of you. Ya, the entry is quite late, but hope to catch up soon. Raj, if you remember i suggested you to go for the Extended warranty thing in one of your other threads. I'll surely post more pics. The pic is taken in the woods of Shimla. That was the first time i realized the need for a 4x4. The tiger got stuck twice, slush in The Woods and once in snow at Kufri. But it wasnt all that bad, wheelspins for a few seconds and use of 2nd & Reverse gears, and the Tiger was on its claws again. The only modifications to the exterior is the Alloys and Front & Rear Bull Guard. Interiors are all stock. ICE Pioneer 3950 JBL components in the front doors. JBL GT ovals in the rear in individual rectangle boxes. JBL 1200W BassTube Alpine amplifier under the front passenger seat. |

| Excellent getsurya, There was a similar camp (75 point) here in Mumbai 20th-25th but Dealers conveniently forgot to advertise it so whe I went to the A.S.S. on Sat, all I saw was posters and sheepish grins when I asked why people were not informed. Any way I think I have got all my issues of the last batch resolved now: 1. Vehicle & gear shift Viberations & gear stick heating up isues are gone. The Asst. Works manager told me that some parameterization has been done as per set standards (???). 2. The feeling stalling in low spped with clutch depressed is also taken care by adjusting the clutch. 3. The tire iron (tommy) was faulty, I have been given a temporary replacement as the the new one was out of stock. It hae been ordered and will be available within a week. 4. The colour of AC buttons (AC low / High etc) had worn off despite being used sparingly (I hardly use the AC). The entire AC switch panel was replaced under warrenty. However while replacing this panel they forgot to connect the Hazard warning switch as a result the hazard lights are down so need another trip to the A.S.S. 5. The interiors & exteriors were cleaned thoroughly free of cost, now at least I am getting some of the old new looks back. 6. The steering lock has been adjusted now it is very smooth to operate the key. I think this thread is good enough to share other things as the photographs are few & far in between, maybe the mods can be requested to change the name of the thread to the Scorpio Thread or something like that. Mupreti, Happy to hear that your ride is back to its form(the original one!!). The hazard light stuff, you can do a small 'DIY'. Just pull the console out from the bottom first and then slowly pull the top portion. You shall find a white colour clip with wires hanging in between the two a/c blowers. Just plug the white clip to the open slot behind the hazard switch. Be careful to put the console back slowly from top to bottom!!You should be done!! Just sharing with you as will save you yet another visit to the ASC. ![]() | ||

| Senior - BHPian | This word has me stumped. Since you are scheduled to visit the ASC for fixing the hazard lights, how about finding out the meaning, the set standards and what exactly they did... |
