Lower spare parts price only till April. They will then come back to regular rates.
Just wondering why they lowered the prices.. Is this some kind of festival offer?!!
Just for a month, they reduce it??!!

Custom Duty on components has been reduced from 20% to 15%.
Aluminium, reduced, from 15% to 10%
Excise Duty on steel increased from 12% to 16%
Tyres, reduced, from 24% to 16%
Only major beneficiary are the Auto Companies the cost of input is less and inturn its going to increase their profitability.
And i think prices will hike because the Euro III compliance is also going to play an important role.
And again the prices of petrol/diesel are hiked. :(

With the flat import duty down from 105% to a 100%, car prices have also come down. The Corolla for instance by a whopping 35,000 while the Innova is already lower by 14,000. Others are due to follow.

And the actual increase in petrol prices for us Mumbai guys is going to be about 2.5 rupees. If everything goes through...
