Our company has a few opening for people who are interested in DNS DHCP and IP address management or are looking for opening in this field. Experience in IT / networking helps. Should be interested in this field. The job location is based out of Technopark, trivandrum.

there is a walk-in this Saturday for the following profile in Level 2 support for Bangalore location:
- Experience in support (preferably 3-4yrs)
- Should have good knowledge on WebLogic administration and Apache
- Should have good knowledge on UNIX commands and Shell scripting
- Should have good knowledge on either of following - UCMS, ATG, WCP, WCS
- Should be flexible to support 24/7 on rotational shift basis
- Prior experience in L2/L3 support project would be an added advantage
- ITIL certification desirable
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Not sure if it's the right thread to ask.
I would like to know from your personal experience. During 4-6 year experience, given the same kind of job profile, is it good to choose a company that has awesome brand name but relatively less hike OR choose a company with respectable brand name (not very familiar to average joes) but have higher hike. Pls note that both companies are MNC's. Kindly give your opinions

the job that is more challenging and provides greater job satisfaction is the right choice. That apart, I'd recommend the latter. & You may become a CEO earlier in life here if you persevere.
