There are quite a few openings in SAP and Infrastructure Outsourcing roles.

Additionally, there's a walk-in event this weekend for
-Microsoft .Net, SQL Server for folks having a minimum of 4 years of experience.
-Oracle Financials and Oracle SCM for folks having a minimum of 3.5 years of experience.

The candidate should have expertise in selling training programs and training related solutions in the corporate environment. He/She should be comfortable selling to CXO level personnel. Exposure to selling training solutions is a must. The candidate should be a number oriented person and should be able to drive sales under all circumstances, with no excuses. He/she should be self-driven and should be able to work with minimal directions. He/She should be willing to travel across India if required without any constraints.

The candidate will need to increase sales to existing and prospective clients. He will also need to generate and maintain a healthy pipeline for all corporate sales for OnTrac in India. He will need to create and maintain healthy relationships with all clients and prospects.

Basic Duties/Responsibilities

• Personally sell atleast Rs. 2.5 Crores of sales per year
• Sell OnTrac’s services to new and existing clients
• Ensure sales targets are met and exceeded under all circumstances
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline for atleast 2 quarters
• Travel frequently to various locations within their city of operations and outside (other cities) to generate sales.
• Understand clients’ requirements and offer a suitable training solution to them.
• Be willing to travel as and when required to various cities in India or abroad
• Manage client relationships and, in case of any operational problems and be ready to handle tough situations.
• Research newspapers, magazines, trade journals for prospective clients
• Keep up to date about news on the latest practices and theories in the learning and development space.
• Provide feedback to OnTrac on new business opportunities with existing or new clients
• Convince clients to institutionalize OnTrac’s programs within their companies.
• Organize resources and participate in industry events

Qualifications/Work Experience
Candidate should be a graduate in any field. An MBA is desirable but not essential. Total work experience of the candidate should be about 15 years. He should have had experience as a trainer during his career. He should have worked in a sales position for atleast 10 years. He should have experience in selling training services including training programs, elearning, training related consulting, content development etc. to companies in various industries.

A key skill required is "consultative selling" which includes identifying customers' needs through a comprehensive dialog with him. The Candidate should be able to appropriately probe the customer to discover areas where OnTrac could add value.

Candidate should be a go-getter with a passion for sales and closing deals. He/She should be able to work under pressure and should do what it takes to achieve sales targets.
