Can I post relevant openings here ?
I think, that should be fine. You are giving some information that's mutually helpful.
Mannubhai, anything relevant to post just above yours?
Ace.

I have an opening for an HR Manager.

HR Manager- Hospitality (QSR) 5+ years

Location : Bangalore
Exp : 5 + years
Age bracket : < 32 years
Education : MBA from Tier 1 Institute ( full time course )

Our client is a QSR chain expanding multi folds. We are looking at a candidate who finds the challenge in being a part of setting up the entire HR practice in a start-up. Ideal candidate would find the thrill of having a clean-slate to grow up the ladder.

Looking at candidates from people intensive industries having worked across all strata of professionals. Must have handled non-white collar employees also. Hospitality/QSR exposure would be a great advantage.

PM me your interest/references.

ITIL terminology - Incidents, Defects, Problems. So there are problem managers and they introduce them in the exact fashion as you have quoted.

Even I am looking for an opening for a friend with less than a year's experience on MS.NET. He is currently working at a startup and drawing around 5-6k a month, hence looking for a change.

Any fresher openings will do, I am sure he will get more pay even as a fresher in a good organization. Location is not a constraint.

Please PM me for his resume.
