I have 8 years of exp in bpo/kpo client-account management and bit of H.R. experience. My process that I was managing got folded and I am on the bench as of now, looking out for a suitable opening.

-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, or 4+ year relevant work experience
- Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C++or Java
- Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
