Default Was that an earthquake?

Guys, was just going through the forum and suddenly the floor started bouncing up and down mildly at 0040 hrs . Did you experience that? Definately was a earthquake. I am in pune. Hope everybody is safe elsewhere.

Mods please delete the thread if found inappropriate. Dont want to spread a rumour.

There was an earthquake in California just an hour back measuring 5.8 on the richter.

Yup, there was an earthquake here, it was a 5.8 and everything here was shaking and falling over. It happened at 12pm PST. Scared the cr*p out of me.

Perhaps they decided that after designing the earthquake, they could outsource it to Pune!

probably some heavy vehicle rolled by your house. Those cause houses to vibrate at times....

Oh yeah I was on a video conference with our Newport office and I could see the stuff falling off. Felt like I was going through that with them.

There is Newport, Rhode Island and Newport Beach, California. I guess fiery enzyme is talking about the latter.
