The shot exif : 4.5 seconds exposure at F8, but thats 1/10 of the story.
The original shot is very very different
Changes are
1. Cropping
2. Cloning out buildings in Post processing
3. Gaussian blur overlays for a dreamy effect
4. Sharpening
5. Hue Saturation adjuetment
6. Color balance adjustment

its next to the railway crossing and someone told me that it is one of the longest tunnel on the route
