On Christmas day of 2009, I tried sending my papa-in-law and mama-in-law to the sky, but they came back to earth after 10 minutes
I find this framing proper for this thread, because the team-bhp logo comes perfect on the black area.

I always used to wonder why do photographers say ultra wide is difficult to use. This ladakh trip I discovered why.
I had such a tough time, that for many pics I just picked up the panasonic FZ-35!
anyways, I learnt some. UWA is good if you can get a pattern in the foreground
The river makes this shot somewhat interesting, though I would not rate it as very good
Another trick I discovered, crop the image to make it extra wide
Or simply use the foreground
For some pics, I just zoomed in, this was taken at 17mm i.e. 27.2mm in FF speak
