Default Unattended bag causes panic at Stock Exchange!

I have my workplace right adjacent to the BSE. Seeing a crowd outside i stepped out. There was a newish unattended bag between a car and a motorcycle.
BSE security, and the cops (with two dogs) alloted to the BSE were all over the place.
The cops were quite on their toes, but they were just a bit smiley about it for some odd reason, atleast a couple of them.
Anyways after some 20-30 minutes of waiting, a man walked along and claimed the bag.
I am so glad the unfortunate did not happen, even the crowd was casual about this, maybe we're just getting numb to terror!

Look at the bright side - if you forget your bag somewhere, you can probably go back and pick it up. No one will touch an unattended bag these days.

Well Manson, i think its a good thing that people have become more aware and careful. Will really help in preventing any terror activities.

Spitfire : lol thats a good point.

Probably a terror drill. I heard that cops are doing these frequently these days, ofcourse with no improvement in response times or best practices.

In some places your unattended bag is likely to get blown up.

Anyway, the stock exchanges of the world have far worse things to think about these days than being blown to bit
