Condolances to the families of those killed.

It is time the government got off its behind and instead of pointing fingers at Bangladeshi and Pak intelligence to take direct action against those responsible. Untill such a response is made the terrorists and their foreign sponsors will continue to see India as a soft touch.

Also similar action should be taken against homegrown terror outfits regardless of whether they are headed by sadhvis or politicians.

I havent heard Army moving in to Taj!!! As I write i am seeing firefighters/jawans climbing Taj though. Its damn shocking.
Just been watching this on television, I was a bit surprised that no apparent attempts were being made to stop the fire spreading. Automatic fire dosers have been on the market for a while. The fire could have been tackled from a safe distance without endangering the lives of the firefighters if they had the correct equipment and training.

The firefighters are bravely carrying out rescue attempts admist the chances of getting gunned down by the terrorists.
Heres hoping the army cleans this mess quickly. 2 down already....

Fire has started to spread across, all the business trip to India by most of the companies has been put on hold for next 48 hours.

I think our rescue team is lagging by sophisticated tools. They are trying ancient techniques, in this advanced world.

Today is a day which will live forever in infamy. Unfortunately, the situation in India now is such that no one knows when their "ticket" will be cut.

My deepest of condolences to the deceased and their families. My utter admiration and respect for our brave police heroes who risk their lives for all of us despite being underpaid, understaffed and underequipped. Truly heroes in my eyes. My heart goes out to their families who will now have to cope with this unbearable loss.

Its a horrible night to endure. Members at Mumbai, please take care and stay indoors. Its a shame that we cannot prevent terrorists from entering such important hotels. So much for security. I am feeling helpless here, sitting in US and watching the proceedings on CNN and watching the live stream on CNN-IBN.

May the souls rest in peace for those who laid their lives in this horrific incident.

My deepest condolences to the families and friends of the people who lost their lives.
Our governments are just afraid to take any serious action against these terrorist groups. These terrorist when caught should be killed after getting all the information from them. Govt should act on these immediately.

Latest according to the CNN, 80 are killed and 250 injured. Group by the name of 'Decca Mujahideen' has taken utmost responsibility.

My condolences to those who've lost their lives in this tragic incident, and let's all pray for the speedy recovery of those injured in this horrific act. A big bow to rescue and police officers who rush into these situations fearless of their own lives. Really, we've got to salute them.

Guys, keep your families and yourselves indoors for now.
